Soy Ginger Shrimp and Noodle Salad

- 1 package Simply Asia® Soy Ginger Noodles & Sauce
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 cup peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
Noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
