Ingredients:
- 1 package Simply Asia® Sweet & Sour Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 pound boneless pork, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
Cooking Instructions:
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and carrots; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
MIX Seasoning Mix and reserved pineapple juice. Add to skillet; stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat and boil 1 minute or until sauce has thickened. Add pineapple chunks; cook and stir until heated through.
Variation: Substitute chicken for the pork.
